Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that supports physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Usui Reiki is based on the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Usui System of Natural Healing. As a Reiki Master Teacher it is my honor to continue to share the knowledge of natural healing with all who feel drawn to learning this simple yet amazing form of energy healing.

Who can learn Reiki? Everyone!

There is no experience necessary to learn Reiki. I have had clients who felt like they weren't "naturally gifted enough" to learn. Reiki is a simple technique that is not taught in the traditional sense but rather "transferred" from teacher to student during a process called "attunement" which allows the student to tap into the unlimited supply of "life force energy". Upon completion of this class, you will be able to help heal not only yourself but your family, friends and even pets and the ability to do so will last a lifetime.
